SWIL Charter Members
In late 2006 a group of riders assembled to form a chapter of the Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club in Southwest Illinois. The group contacted the Chicago Buffalo Troopers chapter for approval. They are the Mother Chapter for Illinois and the founding chapter of the Club. Permission was granted after a face-to-face meeting. The Southwest Illinois Chapter was started in March 2007 and became the 59th chapter of the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers Motorcycle Clubs.
The five hard working Soldiers that made this possible are known as Charter Members and will forever be recognized as such. This page serves as a tribute to their accomplishments.
The music on this page is entitled “Always There” and these Soldiers will ALWAYS BE THERE, with the SWIL chapter in spirit, heart and soul.
