Chicago 10th Annual Black Tie Affair – Nov 2009

The Southwest Illinois Buffalo Soldiers traveled to Chicago to attend their 1oth Annual Black Tie Affair, held at the Matteson Holiday Inn on Nov 7, 2009.  It was a gala event that was enjoyed by everyone in attendance.  Chicago KNOWS how to throw a party.
