SWIL’s own, David Clark, AKA “Action Jackson” was appointed as the new Police Chief of Washington Park, IL. Action is the current chapter Sgt at Arms.
His Buffalo Soldier family is very proud of this new position and are more than sure that he will meet and excel in this challenging role as he always has. Joining Action as his Assistance Chief is Edgar “Witch Doctor” Ellis. “Doc” is also a close friend of the SWIL Soldiers.

SWIL Buffalo Soldier Becomes Police Chief —
WASHINGTON PARK, IL (KTVI – FOX2now.com) – A city still recovering from the death of their mayor will get a new police chief. Washington Park’s board of trustees is expected to name a new police chief Tuesday night. Former St. Clair County Sherriff’s investigator David Clark will replace Calvin Hammonds. Clark recently retired from the Sheriff’s department.
Insiders say Clark earned the nickname “Action Jackson” for his no nonsense approach to fighting crime. They say he’s a perfect choice to clean up the crime-ridden streets Washington Park.
